Recipe Execution

First, we prepare the gyros by chopping the chicken into thin slices. Mix the yogurt with the mild mustard, garlic, cumin, coriander, curry, paprika and oregano. Marinate the chicken with the sauce, put the mixture in a bag and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Then, preheat the oven to 200° C together with the baking tray that you will use. When the oven is ready, put a grease gun in the pan and put the chicken in the pan. Bake at 200° C for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is crispy.

Then pass the pies from a hot oven or the toaster. Place the round chicken, tomato, green salad and spices in the pies.

Finally, serve with mustard and ketchup Condito on top.

400g chicken leg fillet

100g yoghurt

1 tbsp. Condito mild mustard

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1/2 tbsp. cumin

1/2 tbsp. coriander

1 tsp. curry

1 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. dried oregano

 

For serving:

Condito classic Ketchup
