Recipe Execution

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, in plenty of salted water. In a wide non-stick pan, sauté the pine nuts for 1-2 minutes to get a slight color.

Add our Condito Mustard & Mayo Sauce in a large bowl. Add all the ingredients, except the prosciutto. Mix all the ingredients well.

Serve in a large bowl and finally garnish with prosciutto, a little bit of pomegranate and a few pine nuts.

2 fresh onions, cuted into thin slices
