Ingredients

For the wings

1 bottle of Condito’s Smokey BBQ Sauce
16 chicken wings
2 tbsp baking powder

For the dry marinade

5 g salt
5 g pepper
10 g smoked paprika
10 g garlic powder
10 g oregano

For serving

2 fresh cucumbers, finely chopped
2 lemons, sliced

Recipe Execution

Wash and dry the wings. Rub them well with baking powder. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients of the dry marinade (salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, oregano) and mix with the wings. Refrigerate for half an hour.

Mix the wings with 4-5 tablespoons of Condito’s Smokey BBQ Sauce (save the rest for serving). Preheat the oven to 160°C and leave the baking tray in the oven until well heated.

Place the wings on the baking sheet and let them cook for about 20 minutes. Turn the oven up to 220°C and leave the wings for 10 more minutes. Serve the wings with fresh cucumber and lemon on the side.
