It replaces the manual labour of portioning from large containers to individual bowls, by reducing labour and packaging costs and giving the chance to the customer to add its dressing before consumption, adding flavor and freshness to its salad, avoiding the phenomenon of wilted vegetables etc.
The Caesar Dressing accompanies perfectly to every salad, but it is also ideal for sandwiches or as a dip.
