2 pickles in brine, finely chopped
1 tbsp brine from the pickles
½ small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
For the fish burgers:
4 brioche buns
4 breaded cod fillets
4 slices cheddar cheese
