Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine the Mustard Mayonnaise, yoghurt, and lemon juice. Cook the halloumi in a hot pan (without using any grease) flipping halfway, let it cool and cut into pieces. In a bowl, mix the green salad, cherry tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, spring onions, herbs, eggs, and cooked halloumi, add the sauce, mix and serve.

Ingredients

200 g halloumi
100 g mixed green salad
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 avocado, sliced
1 cucumber, diced
2 spring onions, finely chopped
Fresh herbs
4 eggs, boiled

 

For the sauce

2 tbsp Condito Mustard & Mayo Sauce
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 lemon, juice only
