Put the minced meat, the Mustard & Mayo Sauce, toast, egg, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, chopped onion, salt and pepper in a bowl and knead them well. Shape the meatballs and then pass them through the flour. Then, let the olive oil burn, put the meatballs in the pan and fry them. Turn the meatballs and let them cook on the other side. When the meatballs are ready, then we can serve. Cut the baguette in half and then in the middle. Spread Condito Mustard & Mayo Sauce, add the meatballs and lettuce and serve!

1 cup grated breadcrumbs
1 egg

100 ml oil for the pan
