Clean the wings thoroughly and pat them dry. Rub them well with baking powder. In a bowl, combine all the dry marinade ingredients and mix with the wings. Leave them to rest in the fridge for several hours. Prepare the glaze by mixing the Ketchup & Mayo Sauce Condito with honey.
Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 160°C and leave the baking tray in until it is well heated. Place the wings on the baking tray and let them cook for about 20 minutes. Turn the oven up to 220°C and leave the wings for another 20 minutes.
Take them out of the oven and brush them with the prepared glaze. Bake them for another 20 minutes. Serve them on pitas, with celery and some Ketchup & Mayo Sauce dip on the side.

15 g baking powder

5 g salt
5 g pepper
10 g smoked paprika
10 g garlic powder
10 g oregano
For the glaze
4 tbsp Ketchup & Mayo Sauce Condito
1 tbsp honey
