Add salt and pepper to the minced meat, and knead well. Shape the minced meat into a burger patty and bake them in the oven, on a non-stick baking paper for 15 minutes at 200°C. While the burgers are in the oven and just before they are done, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. Once they are ready, remove from the oven and set aside. In the same baking pan, cook the bacon until crispy.

In a bowl, toss the red cabbage with vinegar and a little salt and set aside.

Spread your favorite Condito Sauce on the buns, add the burger, bacon, cabbage, tomato and lettuce and serve. Serve with French fries.
