In a frying pan, sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened. Add the Condito Classic Mustard and stir well.
Add the white wine and cook until it has evaporated. Add the mussels to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the parsley and lemon juice.
Remove from heat and serve.
