In a bowl, combine the Mustard & Mayo Sauce, ground chicken, onion, garlic, tomato, salt, pepper, herbs, and egg. Soak the bread in cold water, squeeze it out well, and add it to the bowl with the other ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes. Shape the mixture into meatballs. Coat them in flour. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Carefully add the meatballs to the pan and fry for a few minutes until golden brown. Turn them with a fork and cook for a few more minutes.
Once the meatballs are cooked, you can serve them. Spread the Mustard & Mayo Sauce on the bread. Arrange the tomato, lettuce, and meatballs among the buns and serve.

1 cup grated tomato

200 g stale white bread
