Recipe Execution
First chop the red cabbage. Next, cut the carrots into strips and then the spring onions and the mozzarella. Then, cut the green apple into thin slices. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, fresh herbs and mix.
Then add the Condito Italian fat-free Vinaigrette and mix well. Finally, serve with toasted bread.
