Recipe Execution
We will use a large pan (24 cm) with a lid to prepare the omelette. Add the bacon, the onions, the peppers, salt, pepper and leave for about 10 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
Then beat the eggs well and add salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the mixture with the vegetables and the bacon, close with the lid and leave it on a medium heat until the eggs are well cooked. Add the gruyere and leave it for a while, until the gruyere softens.
Finally, spread the caramelized onions by Condito on the omelette and serve with the toast and the fresh salad on the side.
