Recipe Execution
First, you need a pan to cook the chicken. Cut the meat into thin slices and put olive oil on it. Let the pan heat well and place the chicken slices in it, without adding extra oil. Leave each slice 3-4 minutes on each side and when the chicken is ready, remove from the heat and let it get cold. Then add salt and pepper.
Once we are done with the chicken, we continue with the bread. Put the slices of bread in the same pan that we baked the chicken and leave it until it is toasted.
In a bowl, put the cucumber, radishes, fresh herbs, olive oil, lemon juice and mix. Divide the mixture into the toasted bread slices.
Finally, add the chicken and serve with the Condito’s sugar-free ketchup.

For the chicken fillet:
600g chicken fillet
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
For serving:
4 slices of rustic bread
1 sliced cucumber
10 sliced radishes
Fresh herbs
1 tbsp. olive oil
A little bit of lemon juice
Condito’s sugar-free ketchup
