Cut the chicken into strips, add salt and pepper and mix. Prepare the ingredients for breading. Put the flour in one bowl, beat the eggs in another, and use a third for the panko. Pass the chicken fillets through the flour, then the egg, and finally the panko, and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, on the fan setting, or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with French fries and Condito’s Cheddar Sauce.
