Start by preparing the salad dressing. Toast the sesame seeds briefly on a hot pan, stirring well. When the sesame seeds start to smoke, remove them from the heat and grind them. In a bowl, combine the ground sesame seeds, with Condito’s Classic Mayonnaise, vinegar, and sesame oil.

In a clean pan, add the olive oil and once hot, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the shrimps and allow them to cool.

Prepare the salad by adding the cucumber, radishes, green salad leaves, rocket, herbs, shrimps and finally the dressing in a large bowl. Toss and serve with extra classic Condito’s Classic Mayonnaise on top.

For the dressing

4 tbsp of Condito Classic Mayonnaise

1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

2 tbsp vinegar

1/2 tbsp sesame oil

 

For the shrimps

12 medium shrimps, peeled and deveined

1 tsp olive oil

 

For the salad

1 cucumber, sliced

10 radishes, sliced

Green salad

Rocket

Fresh herbs
