In a deep pan, add the olive oil and sauté the meat for 5 minutes. Then add the peppers and continue sautéing for another 5 minutes. Add the white wine and the paprika, salt and pepper. Finally, add the Thessaloniki Mustard with a little water and stir. When the meat is tender and a nice sauce has formed, your pan-fried pork bites are ready!
Try adding some oregano before serving.

1 kg diced pork bites
1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper
3 coloured peppers, cut into large pieces
some oregano (optional)
1 tbsp Condito Thessaloniki Mustard
1/4 cup white wine
