For the pumpkin
Firstly cut the pumpkin, into one centimeter cubes. Put half amount of the olive oil at the base of your oven pan. Grate the ginger on a fine grater and add it to the mixture. Add sesame, paprika, salt and pepper. Bake the pumpkin in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it to get room temperature.
For the pasta salad
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package in plenty of salted water. Add the Condito mayonnaise, the pasta and the cooked pumpkinin in a large bowl. Coarsely chop the blue cheese and add it in the bowl. Add the fresh onion and the basil, which you had firstly chopped. Mix all the ingredients well together. Serve in a large bowl and serve on top with pumpkin and blue cheese.
