Recipe Execution

In a large bowl, put the flour and make a puddle in the middle. Add the yeast and all the other liquids and knead. We need a firm dough, but also quite moist. Transfer it to a pan with a lid, cover and leave it to rise for about 30 minutes. With a rolling pin, open the dough in a sheet and transfer it to the utensil that we will use.

Then, preheat the oven to 200ºC and then spread the prepared Condito pizza sauce on the dough. Add the mozzarella and bake for about 25΄, until the dough is well cooked.

Finally, add the cherry tomatoes and basil and serve.


Ingredients for the dough:

300g hard flour for pizza
7g dry yeast
100ml of lukewarm water
20ml olive oil
20ml white wine
50ml whole milk
5g sugar
5g salt
4 tbsp. Condito’s cooked sauce for Pizza

For the pizza:

100g sliced mozzarella
10 sliced cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil
