Recipe Execution
Add the chicken breasts to a baking pan, with oil, salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes, spread Pesto alla Genovese by Condito over the chicken, and finish with the mozzarella. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the mozzarella has melted and the chicken has cooked through.

60 g fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
