Recipe Execution

First, we prepare the caper’s mayonnaise. Put in a bowl the classic mayonnaise, yogurt, mild mustard, the capers, lemon juice and mix. Then, in a large bowl, put the green salad, fresh onions, spices, quinoa, radishes, olive oil, salt, pepper and mix.

Then, preheat the oven to 180° C. Put the salmon in a pan, salt, pepper and bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes or until it’s well cooked and it has a nice crust. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it get cold. Then cut it into large pieces.

When the salmon is ready, we can serve. Mix the grilled salmon with the salad and serve it with the caper’s mayonnaise.

Ingredients for a large salad:

4 tbsp. Condito classic Mayonnaise

2 tbsp. yoghurt

1 tbsp. Condito mild Mustard

1 tbsp. chopped capers

2 tbsp. lemon juice

200g green salad

2 chopped fresh onions

Fresh herbs

200g boiled quinoa

10 chopped radishes

1 tbsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper

 

For the salmon:

200g salmon fillet
