For the dressing:
Pour all the ingredients in a wide glass and mix well.


For the salad:
Prepare the chickpeas and quinoa, making sure they are at room temperature. Chop the vegetables and salmon into small pieces. In a bowl, add the quinoa, chickpeas, salmon and vegetables. Add the dressing and mix well. It’s ready to serve or you can store it in the refrigerator.

100 g Condito Classic Mayonnaise
30 g Condito Mild Mustard
20 ml olive oil
1/2 lemon (juice)


For the salad:
150 g chickpeas (boiled or canned)
200 g quinoa, boiled
150 g smoked salmon
1 bell pepper
1 small cucumber
2 tomatoes
