Recipe Execution
Combine the parmesan, breadcrumbs, and Condito’s Mustard & Mayo Sauce in a bowl. Mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Cut the breast fillets into thinner strips. Place the chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season with salt and pepper. Cover each chicken piece with a layer of the breading mixture and bake on the middle rack in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes using the air function.
