Rinse the rice well with cold water and leave it in the colander for a few minutes until it loses its moisture. In a saucepan, add the rice and water and once the rice comes to a boil, reduce the heat to medium and leave for 15 minutes. Do not open the lid and do not stir. Remove it from the heat and let it rest for 15 minutes without uncovering or stirring. In a bowl, mix the sugar and rice vinegar until the sugar is dissolved. If necessary, warm slightly. Pour the vinegar mixture into the rice and stir well until you get a uniform mixture.

Place nori on a bamboo roll, spreading it all the way on one end and leave 2cm uncovered on the other end. Spread Condito The Green Line’s Mayo Vegan Sauce and add your favorite ingredients! You can add avocado, cucumber, shrimp, and carrots, or anything you like. Wrap by pressing with your hands and rolling onto the bamboo. To seal the roll use a little soy sauce or water.
