Penne with caramelized onions, crumbled bread & Danish blue cheese

In a big pot, with plenty of salty water, boil the Penne Rigate until al dente. After boiling keep 5 tablespoons of water. Drain the penne and keep them warm.
Using a blender, crumble the bread. Place the crumbles inside a bowl. Do the same with hazelnuts.

Bow tie pasta with leek & mince in cake pan

Σε μια μεγάλη κατσαρόλα με αλατισμένο νερό βράζω τα φιογκάκια al dente. Κρατάω 1 φλιτζάνι νερό από το βράσιμο και σουρώνω τα φιογκάκια.
Προθερμαίνουμε το φούρνο στους 180°C.

Pasticcio with chicken minced meat & mustard cream

For the Macaroni:
In a saucepan pan combine olive oil and butter to heat. Add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add mince and sauté for another 5-6 minutes, stirring until it changes color and becomes granulated.
