Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a baking pan, add the Pesto alla Genovese, the chicken, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until the chicken is well done. At the same time, boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. When the pasta is ready, strain it and transfer it to the pan with the chicken. Add the mozzarella, basil and cherry tomatoes, stir and cook for 5 more minutes, until the mozzarella is melted.


180 gr Pesto alla Genovese by Condito
400 gr chicken fillet, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

300 gr fusilli pasta
200 gr mozzarella
Fresh basil
200 gr cherry tomatoes
