2 Pizzas

Recipe execution

Mix well, with a mixer or by hand all the dough ingredients except the flour. Leave the mixture for half an hour in order to feed the yeast. Then add the flour and knead. Make a ball, cover it with a cotton towel and leave it for half an hour in a warm place to inflate. Separate the dough into 2 balls (for 2 pizzas), cover and leave them to rise for another half an hour. Once the pizza dough is ready, spread with a spoon the Condito American Smokey BBQ on it. Then add the half portion of the grated cheese and after that all the other ingredients. Finish with the remaining grated cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.

*Tip: The pizza needs baking on very high temperature. To increase the temperature, we can let the oven pan burn well before adding the pizza.

50g sausage, cutted into cubes
