In a bowl, put apple cubes, peppermint, cream and mix well.

Roll out the pizza dough sheet, transfer in a non-stick paper and with your hands shape a rectangle.

With a sharp knife cut 2/3 of the dough into strips.
Spread bbq sauce on the uncut piece of dough, lengthwise, leaving 1 cm off the bottom without sauce.
Spread the mixture of apples, mozzarella, salami and freshly ground pepper.

Carefully lift pizza dough from the edge and cover with filling.

Place accordingly the remaining springs of dough to cover the pizza roll.

Transfer the pizza together with non-stick paper to a baking sheet and carefully join the edges to create a wreath.

Make a ball of non-stick paper and place it in the center of the wreath.

Baste with egg yolks, sprinkle with hard Danish cheese and bake for 15 – 20 minutes until the pizza has a brown color.

  • 1 sheet of Zimi Psahnon pizza dough
  • 100 g dressing bbq Condito
  • 2 apples, whashed and chopped in small cubes
  • ½ cup peppermint leaves, finely chopped
  • 100 ml Arla cream with 36% fat
  • 300 g Arla mozzarella cheese, grating
  • 25 slices of salami, finely chopped
  • 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 60 g Arla Danish hard cheese, grating
  • Freshly ground pepper
