Directions

In a non-stick pan, add the olive oil and warm. Add chopped onions and salt, sauté for 3-5 minutes.

In a bowl, combine minced meat, egg, cream, beer, sautéed onion, salt and pepper.

Stir well and add breadcrumbs. Work ingredients together until well blended.

Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

Heat the grill well and place on burgers and onion rings.

When grilled, place burgers on a tray and place 1 slice of Havarti on each. Warm them until cheese melts.

Toast buns on the grill.

Put ketchup and lettuce on bun, next the burger with Havarti, and finally tomatoes, fried onion rings, and dash of pepper.

Top with other bun and serve.

  • 2 small cartons cream with 36% fat
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. toast crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 6 slices cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 onion, cut into slices
  • 6 burger buns
  • 6 large lettuce leaves, washed and patted dry
  • classic ketchup Condito, for serving
  • Salt & pepper
