Recipe execution

Firstly wash the potatoes well. After that spread them with mustard, salt, pepper and thyme and bake them in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 40 minutes. In a bowl soak the flaxseed with water and set aside. In a non-stick pan, sauté the onion with the olive oil until its ready, add the garlic powder, the thyme and the mushrooms and sauté until they absorb their liquids. Pour the mushroom mixture into a bowl, add the oats and mix them well. Form 2 burgers with your hands and bake in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. Build the burger, add the  sugar-free ketchup and serve with baby baked potatoes.

Ingredients for 2 mushroom burgers

300g chopped mushrooms

1 chopped onion

20g flaxseed beaten with 5 tbsp. water

20g mild Mustard Condito

1 tbsp. olive oil

1/2 tsp. dried thyme

1/4 tsp. dried garlic powder

 

For the burgers

2 burger buns

Lettuce leaves

Tomato and onion slices

30g sugar-free Ketchup Condito

 

For the baked potatoes

250g baby potatoes

40g mild Mustard Condito

Salt
