Recipe Execution

First we prepare the minced meat. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper and mix. Knead with quick movements and shape the burgers. Let a pan burn well, put the burgers and bake them about 5 minutes on each side, pressing them with a spatula.

Then cut the buns in half, pass them through the grill and spread the Condito’s Burger Sauce. Put the petties, the tomato, the lettuce, close the burgers and serve.


For the petties:

600g ground beef
2 tbsp. olive oil
5g smoked paprika
Salt and pepper

For serving:

4 burger buns
Sliced tomato
Lettuce, finely chopped
4 tbsp. Condito’s Burger Sauce
