Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grease a 22-24 cm pan and place in pastry dough. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
In a bowl mix eggs, milk, mustard, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Remove pan from refrigerator, remove plastic wrap and sprinkle with a little grated cheese.
Evenly spread the caramelized onions over the surface.
Add the egg mixture and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes until it browns.
Let cool for 15 minutes and cut into pieces.
Serve immediately.
