Condito’s new Street Food Project was presented this November in Thessaloniki. A moving canteen in the colors of the company and its products, of course in street food style, with slogan “Street Food with Condito” began its tasting route on Saturday 16/11 from Grand Masoutis in Kalamaria. After the canteen visited Grand Masoutis in Stavroupoli on 23/11 and made its final stop at Grand Masoutis in Thermi on the last Saturday of November (30/11).
Condito, as usual, took part in 6th Food Expo 2019 on March 16-18 at the Metropolitan Expo Athens. Many executives of not only domestic but also foreign companies, professionals of food industry and many consumers, visited the Condito’s booth and had a chance at meeting the wide range of company’s products.
In a pot, melt butter and warm up well.
Add onion and garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add rice and spices and continue to sauté until the mix becomes blended.
Pour on brandy, and as soon as the alcohol evaporates, add broth.
Sprinkle with salt, and pepper, stir and cover the pot with a lid.
