Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Peel vegetables (potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, onions), cut into thick slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

In a large pan, put the pork in the center, sprinkle on a lot of salt and pepper and place vegetables, plums and garlic around.

Blend together mustard, olive oil, honey and yoghurt. Pour sauce over meat and vegetables and add butter.

Bake for 45 minutes at 200 ° C. Stir at 150 ° C and continue baking for about 1½ hour until vegetables become tender and meat is juicy.
